Snowy Day

The snow started on Christmas Day. I had to get out in it, for just a bit. We all bundled up and headed out. A high of 19 today, but we braved the cold…for a whole hour! ☺

Seriously, snowballs were flying. One child got buried in the snow. Several took turns on the bottom of a dog pile. Me? I had the camera most of the time. But, those sneaky kids. I put the camera down for just a minute and they tackled me. WHAT?!!? My usually loving and caring children go into attack mode when they see snow. Fortunately, a toasty fire and some hot chocolate turns them back into their sweet selves once again.

Cold fingers and toes…but all worth it.
